Happily Ever After Marriage Ministry

Happily Ever After Marriage Ministry is a ministry that encourages couples that a ‘Happily Ever After’ marriage does exist when you live by faith. With more than 50% of marriages in the U.S. ending in divorce, and the rate for Christian marriages even higher, I believe it is time for Christian couples to repair their marriage, restore their family, and rebuild their home by living in accordance with God’s Word. Our Marriage 101 Seminars focus on couples celebrating their differences, helping them prepare for the storms, changing their behavior and attitudes, helping them to pursue oneness, and developing a stronger relationship with God.

To help strengthen marriages through God’s Word. To help those who are about to enter into this wonderful covenant called “Marriage”, we reveal God’s plan and how to lay a strong foundation and for those who are married but are not living in God’s perfect plan for marriage, we teach them how to rebuild upon a strong foundation.

• To pull down statistics relating to the divorce rate
• To destroy the works of the devil through “love”
• To throw down all preconceived ideas that are incorrect
• To build “Happily Ever After” marriages by faith
• To plant strong families that will in turn affect our communities, churches, and our country

Our Goal

To offer marriage resources for couples who fall in one of these four categories:

• Disneyland (Engaged)
• Land of Make Believe (Just Married)
• Land of Not Enough (Struggling)
• Promise Land (Enduring)

Disneyland. During the engagement, it is easy to get caught up in the fairytale images of marriage. You feel like you are in Disneyland. You’re so in love that you never want it to end. You think it will remain this way forever. But marriage doesn’t work that way. Marriage 101 will help engaged couples explore whether they are ready for marriage, discuss future goals, and understand the purpose for their marriage. For individual/couples, the Marriage 101 book is an excellent tool that will help prepare you for your journey. The Marriage 101 Premarital Curriculum is an excellent resource for premarital classes. It was designed to help those who are planning to marry by providing a rigorous marriage preparation of at least three months.

Land of Make-Believe. These are couples who are content in their marriages, but still feel they need a jumpstart, or those who are just married but want to be proactive by obtaining knowledge so their marriages and families will be strong. The Marriage 101 website and newsletter provide real, tangible solutions to these issues. It addresses issues dealing with in-laws, infertility, career stress, communication breakdown, lack of couple and family time, intimacy issues, infidelity, and more. Our Marriage 101 Blog Talk Radio show along with teleseminars/private online coaching will help those who are married by dealing with and addressing realistic issues/challenges.

Land of Not Enough. Marriage 101 was written especially for couples who are being challenged in their marriages and feel there is no hope. They are in a place I call the “Land of Not Enough – not getting enough love, finances, attention, etc…” and many are contemplating separation or divorce. All the resources available on the website are designed to help restore these trouble marriages. The Marriage 101 Enrichment Curriculum provide hope to those who are being challenged in their marriage an opportunity to restore their troubled marriages with an 8-10 week course to help couples who are currently in a crisis. The Marriage 101 website offers a variety of other online resources, products and services that will help you as well.

The Promised Land. Marriage 101 also encourages those who are on the right path—those who have reached the Promised Land—by providing resources to help them grow even more. Loves flourishes, and no matter how long you’ve been married, there is always an opportunity to improve the relationship. Marriage should be a high priority, and we should willing to do whatever it takes to have a wonderful one. Through the Marriage 101 quarterly newsletters, we help those that are prospering in their marriage by helping to reinforce what they already know through annual conferences and other resources provided on this website.

Our Beliefs

1. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He was crucified, died, buried and resurrected.
2. The Bible was written and inspired by God. We believe every word from Genesis to Revelation as truth. And when we live according to the truth, we have victory in Christ Jesus.
3. Faith is the key component for believers.
4. Water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
5. The indwelling of, and baptism of, the Holy Spirit.
